Where Do I Connect the SATA Wire from My Case to My Motherboard?

I recently set up my B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI motherboard with a Fractal Pop Mini Air case. I found a wire labeled 'SATA' that comes from the power switch located in the upper right corner of the case. I'm confused about where to connect this wire. Is it for an RGB controller that my motherboard doesn't support, or do I need to connect it somewhere else?

The wire labeled SATA typically means it's meant to connect to the SATA power connectors on your power supply unit (PSU), not directly to the motherboard. You should have matching connectors from your PSU.

So if I only have an SSD connected to the motherboard and no additional hard drives, does that mean I don't need to connect that SATA wire at all?
