I think the best place to start is to get familiar with the basics, especially with everything going on in AI right now. A fantastic resource is CS50: Introduction to Computer Science. Focus on the fundamentals and start building projects; you'll learn a lot along the way.
Don't overthink your choice! Just pick either Python or JavaScript and start creating small projects. AI can help, but it's much more effective to actually get hands-on experience. That way, you'll learn quicker!
