I recently bought a Windows 11 Home edition from Best Buy after having a free version installed on my desktop. I'm trying to install it but I encountered a pop-up during the process. I'm not sure what I should do next. Could someone help me understand the best options for installation?

Make sure to format the drive first before attempting the reinstall. You'll likely need another computer and a USB to SATA adapter to get this done.
For installation, I recommend using a USB flash drive. Download the Windows recovery and put it on the USB. Then, you can clean up all those weird partitions and just extend your space into one large drive.
It looks like your second disk is a 64GB SSD, but I'm not sure if that size is enough for Windows 11. Just to be safe, you might want to check how much space your current Windows folder is taking up.
If there’s only one drive in your computer, you should delete everything on disk 0 and then install Windows 11 there. This way, you set up the system without any previous formatting issues.
Delete all the existing partitions on disk 0, format it to create one large partition, and then go ahead with the installation.
