Unfortunately, there's no consistent page that lists all the Office ADMX versions like there is for Windows. It's definitely a pain to keep track of everything.
If you're not using Intune yet, it might be worth considering. It can simplify a lot of this for you, but remember, sometimes traditional setups require ADMX files for compliance regardless of Intune settings. For those rare cases where Intune falls short, you'll still need to hunt those files down.
