I'm looking to build a new PC and need advice on which 5070 graphics card to purchase. My options include the Palit Gaming Pro, Palit Infinity 3, Ventus 2x, and the Gigabyte Windforce OC SFF. The Palit Gaming Pro is the most affordable option, but I'm curious about the reliability and performance of these brands. Any recommendations?

Honestly, if you're going for the cheapest, just pick the Palit. They're a major player in the graphics card game and many other brands actually have their cards made by Palit. That's why the Gaming Pro is priced lower—it's factory direct, so no middlemen involved. But if you want to throw in some more considerations, there's the Infinity 3 which is smaller but can still perform well.

Yeah, but between the Gaming Pro and Infinity 3, I'm torn! Can anyone weigh in on which one to get?

Just a heads-up, avoid the Gigabyte cards. They've had issues with thermal paste leaking, which could lead to overheating. It's typically safer to go for a card that doesn't have these known problems. If noise isn't a concern for you, then the cheapest option without issues is probably the way to go!

If you're okay with a bit more noise or possibly undervolting, you might be fine with any of these cards. Thermals should generally be decent across the board, but it's worth checking reviews to figure out which one might be quieter if that matters to you.

If performance per dollar matters to you, the cheapest with a decent warranty could be the best choice. I'd lean towards the Gaming Pro if it's also the most affordable, but do some research on fan noise and power usage beforehand.

I would say go with the Palit Gaming Pro. It’s known to be well-built and offers good value for the price. Plus, I've had a good experience with their products in terms of noise levels and performance.
