You might want to look at the RX 9070 XT. I've seen it priced in the $699-$730 range, and it offers solid performance. Just make sure to check its availability since prices can fluctuate.
I think the regular 9070 would be more suitable; it's slightly cheaper but still effective.
The Radeon 7900 XT is a solid competitor for the 4070 Ti, especially given their similar pricing back in 2023. If you're aiming for something around that performance range, it's worth considering.
