I'm trying to decide between three budget PSUs, all of which are Tier C according to the rankings. Here's what I'm considering:
1. MSI A650BN for 59 euros
2. Cooler Master MWE v2 750 for 72 euros
3. Corsair CX650 (black label) from 2023 for 60 euros (there's also a gray one priced at 90 euros, but I'm not sure why).
Could anyone help me figure out which one has the best components inside?

I think the Cooler Master MWE v2 750W is the better option here. It provides more wattage, which is great if you plan on upgrading your setup later. Plus, for anything over 750W, a gold certification is ideal for efficiency.
If you look at the specifications, MSI A650BN has solid ratings like B for reliability, and it uses a DC-DC architecture which gives it stable power. But keep in mind, the Cooler Master MWE750 may vary in quality depending on the specific model. Definitely check those details.
If you're really considering stability, look for the blue or teal markings in the topology section of the charts—it indicates better components!
I picked the Cooler Master MWE650 in Bronze for my lower power build, and it has worked perfectly for me so far. It really depends on your setup and wattage needs.
Just to clarify, I think you might be mixing up the MSI models. The A650BN is indeed Tier C, while the A850GL hits Tier B, which is better but at a higher price. Just a heads up!
