I'm 13 and super eager to dive into coding, especially for game development. I started with Python, but I'm itching for something more challenging. Right now, I'm on chapter 4 of learncpp, but I'm considering other options, like C. What do you all recommend?

If you're looking for a challenge, Rust might be worth checking out! It's got a steep learning curve but it teaches you a lot about programming concepts. However, for quick tests and scripts, Python’s still super handy!

Don't stress too much about picking the hardest language. Just focus on learning how to code properly first. Python is a great starting point, and it can definitely handle game development!

Exactly! Learning coding fundamentals is what's important. Once you’ve nailed that, picking up new languages gets a lot easier.

Hey, no need to stress! You're already ahead of the game. Just keep practicing a little every day and stick with one language for now. Consistency is key!

Honestly, focus on becoming really good at Python first. Once you're comfortable, moving on to JavaScript will really expand your options for building games and apps. Plus, C++ is great for more advanced game dev work later on!

It's awesome that you're getting into programming! Instead of worrying too much about which language is the hardest, think about what you really want to create. Each language has its strengths, so focus on what projects excite you the most!
