Hey everyone! I could really use your advice. I'm trying to decide between two setups for gaming. On one hand, I've got the 7800x3D paired with a 5070, and on the other hand, I've got the 9600x with a 5070 Ti. The catch is, I'm on a bit of a budget—especially since the 5070 Ti is about 34% more expensive in my country compared to the 5070. My main goal is to avoid bottlenecks, especially with the 9600x and 5070 Ti. Also, I'm really looking to play esports titles like CS2 with over 240 FPS. What do you guys think—should I go for the better performance/value with the 7800x3D and 5070, or is the 9600x and 5070 Ti a good choice?

If you’re looking at 1080p, definitely go with the 7800x3D setup. Esports games don’t need that powerful a GPU, so focusing on CPU is wise. You'll maximize your performance with that combo!
For CS2, the 7800x3D with the 5070 is definitely your best bet. It's balanced and should still handle all your esports needs without any hiccups.
Considering 1080p with 240hz+, both setups are pretty solid, but if you want to save some cash, the 9600x with the 5070 will offer decent performance. Just keep in mind that for 1440p gaming with more demanding titles later, the 9600x and 5070 Ti will perform better in the long run.
I'd recommend going with the 9600x and 5070 Ti if you're mainly playing CS2. My 7700 non-X setup gets over 500 FPS average with 240+ FPS on 1% lows. The 5070 Ti might be a bit overkill for CS2, but it's great for other games. Just make sure not to neglect your CPU for optimal performance!
Sounds like you're just spreading misinformation.
For esports, the first combo (7800x3D with 5070) is a straightforward winner!
