MicroCenter has some fantastic AMD CPU bundles that include compatible motherboards. I'm looking at two options that seem like great deals: the 7600X paired with an Asus B650E Max Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard for $220, and the 7800X3D bundled with an Asus B650E TUF Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard for $400. My question is, which of these bundles provides the best value in terms of performance for its price? Specifically, I'm aiming for a setup that will run smoothly at 1440p with a 9070XT graphics card.

Honestly, I'd recommend going with the 7600X bundle. It's a solid choice, plus there's the 7600X3D bundle if you want to explore that as an alternative. As you go higher in price, the value doesn't necessarily get better, especially for gaming.
For your 9070XT, I think the 7800X3D would be the better pick. It really shines in performance, particularly for gaming at higher resolutions.

I've been thinking along those lines too. Sure, the 7800X3D is better overall, but I'd like to see if the performance gain is worth the extra $180 compared to the 7600X. It's all about getting the best bang for your buck.
