I'm building a new PC with the following components:
- Thermalright Peerless Assassin PA120 SE ARGB
- MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12G VENTUS 2X OC
- GIGABYTE B650 EAGLE
- ADATA Lancer Blade 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5 6000 MHz
- Samsung MZ-V9S1T0 1 TB M.2 PCI Express 4.0 NVMe
- DeepCool PN750M
- Fractal Pop Air RGB case
I plan to use this build primarily for 1440p gaming (mostly Valorant) and video editing with DaVinci Resolve. My budget is flexible, around 1500€.
Here are the CPUs I've been considering:
- Ryzen 7 7800X3D (450€)
- Ryzen 7 7700X (350€)
- Ryzen 7 7700 (300€)
- Ryzen 5 7600X (211€)
- Ryzen 5 7500F (170€)
Which CPU do you think is the best for my setup?

If you're leaning towards the 5070, I'd say go for the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. It's known for great performance in gaming and will help with video editing too. The price is a bit higher, but it might be worth it depending on your needs.
Good point! I was considering the 7800X3D as well since I heard it's optimized for gaming. Do you think it will be a bottleneck for anything else in my build?
