I'm looking to upgrade my PC and want to know what CPU would be a good match for an RTX 4060. Also, how much RAM should I consider getting?

It really depends on your current setup. If you're just upgrading your GPU, the Ryzen 5 5500 or 5600X would fit right in if you’re sticking with AM4. If you're going for AM5, any Ryzen 7000 or 9000 series CPU will do just fine. I also suggest aiming for 32GB of RAM for a bit more longevity.
I'd recommend the Ryzen 5 9600X. It's a solid choice for gaming with that GPU and it usually goes for about $206. For RAM, you might want to grab the TeamGroup T-Create Expert 2x16GB DDR5 kit at around $92, that's 6000MHz and should serve you well.
Check out r/buildapcsales for deals in the US, but you can't go wrong with the Ryzen 7600 or 9600X, especially if you find a bundle. Definitely aim for 32GB of RAM.
Any decent 6-core CPU should handle things well. And yeah, having 32GB of RAM will keep you covered for a few years. Look for the latest Ryzen 5000/7000 or Intel's 12th/13th/14th gen.
