I'm building my first gaming PC with a target resolution of 1440p at 260Hz, using a 7800X3D processor. I'm trying to decide between the 9070 XT Red Devil for $650 or the Asus Prime 5070 TI for $750. Which one should I go for?

It really comes down to whether you think the Nvidia features are worth the extra cash. The 5070 TI is more expensive but offers better ray tracing and upscaling tech. If that matters to you, go for it! Otherwise, the 9070 XT will perform well for less money.

If you can snag the 5070 TI at MSRP, I’d say grab it! But if you’re all about price to performance and don’t care about ray tracing, the 9070 XT is a great choice. They both perform well, so it boils down to your budget and preferences.

Forget everything else. You need to look at the 5080 or 5090 if you want solid 60fps+ at 1440p. Don’t waste your time on other models. Trust me, they are your best options.

Your choice really depends on what games you plan to play. For example, I needed the 5070 TI because AMD GPUs didn’t play nicely with Fallout: New Vegas. Think about whether those extra features are worth spending more.
