I'm looking to upgrade from my old 3060, and my budget is a maximum of $700. I prefer a complete white build, and I've been searching for 40 series cards, but I can't find any at reasonable prices. I'm also interested in trying out ray tracing. So, should I go for the 5060 Ti with 16GB or the 5070 with 12GB? Any advice would be appreciated!

Just to echo the others, get the 5070! It fits your budget and offers better performance, especially if you’re looking into ray tracing.
Definitely the 5070. It's in your budget and boasts about 40% more speed compared to the 5060. Plus, it handles ray tracing really well.
Go with the 5070! You'll rarely run into VRAM issues, and it's way faster overall. It’s perfect for 1440p gaming, and ray tracing won’t hold you back either.
If you weren’t set on ray tracing, you might consider the 9070 XT for around $725 instead of sticking with NVIDIA, but since you want ray tracing, the 5070 is the way to go!
