I'm trying to decide between two GPUs: the 5070 with 12GB for $550 and the 9070 non-XT for $599. I'm looking for some advice on which one would be better for gaming and overall performance. Any thoughts?

I'd go for the 9070! It has more VRAM and better raster performance, which is a nice bonus. I mean, it's just an extra $50 for a card that should handle games really well, especially if you’re not overly concerned about ray tracing.
I totally get that. I considered the 5070 because of DLSS and its solid performance at 1440p, but you're right about the VRAM.
