Which GPU Should I Choose: 5070 Ti or 9070 XT?

Hey everyone! I'm in the market for a new GPU and I'm trying to decide between the 5070 Ti and the 9070 XT. In my area, the cheapest 5070 Ti is about $1000, while the 9070 XT is going for around $750. I've watched a bunch of reviews, but I'd love to hear from people who've actually used either of these cards. I'm particularly interested in:

1. Do you think the price difference is justified?
2. How does the upscaling performance compare between the two?
3. Is the 9070 XT suitable for software development and productivity tasks, not just gaming?
4. Have you ever regretted your purchase of either card?

Any insights or experiences you can share would be really helpful to me!

I own both, and to me, the 5070 Ti isn't worth the extra cash. For upscaling, I find FSR works really well and I have no issues with it; DLSS is solid too, so I honestly can't see much of a difference. As a developer, I've never faced any problems with AMD hardware. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the 9070 XT and if you're worried about cost, the 9070 is a great choice.

In my opinion, the price difference isn't worth it. The upscaling quality is pretty similar overall; DLSS is marginally better, but now it mostly comes down to game support. Just so you know, AMD does lag behind a bit in some apps like Blender and Premiere, but for general use, the 9070 XT is still very capable.

I feel like this has been asked a lot, but here's my take: if you go with the 5070 Ti, you're definitely getting the better DLSS support and visual quality, but the 9070 XT beats it in raster and ray tracing performance. It's also got more VRAM. Just keep in mind that while DLSS is great, FSR is catching up fast and is actually supported in many new games.

But DLSS is way more established in terms of game support, isn't it?
