I'm looking for advice on purchasing a graphics card as I have a few options in my local market. The Rtx 5060, Arc B580, and Rx 9060 xt (8GB) are all priced around $400. Higher-tier versions like the Rx 9060 xt (16GB) and Rtx 5060 ti (16GB) cost about $150 more, at roughly $550. My main activities on my PC involve gaming, streaming in 1080p at 60fps with a bitrate of 12Mbps, and some video editing. I also occasionally use Blender and After Effects. I want a GPU that runs smoothly without stuttering for these tasks. Additionally, I've found a new Rx 7600xt (16GB) variant at a similar price, but the Rx 7700 xt is about $80 more, so I'll focus on the lower-cost options. The used market here isn't great, so I'm leaning towards a new card.

If you're deciding among those three, I'd suggest going with the Arc B580. Are you considering going for a used 6700xt or 2080 ti?
If you're set on something new, go with the B580. Just be on the lookout for a good used deal if possible.
You might want to check the used market for 6800s and 3080s, as they can out-perform the three cards you're considering. Just a thought!
I found a used 3080 for about the same price as a new Rx 7700xt (around $500), but haven’t seen any listings for 6800 variants.
Between the Rtx 5060 and the Rx 9060, I think the Rtx 5060 is the better choice. It has DLSS support, but keep in mind that the 8GB VRAM could be limiting for some newer titles.
I had the same concern—might be worth considering how future-proof you want your setup to be.

I saw an Rx 6700xt, but it's from BioStar, and I've heard their products aren't very reliable. The Rtx 2080 ti is actually priced higher than even the Rx 9070 xt.
