I'm building my first PC and I've got a 7800x3d for the processor. I'm trying to decide between the 9070xt and the 7900xt/xtx for the GPU. Since I'm really new to this, any advice would be super helpful!

Definitely go for the RX 9070xt! It offers excellent price-to-performance and has great upscaling features (like FSR 4) along with impressive ray tracing capabilities.

The 9070xt is currently the top choice for price-to-performance in high-end graphics cards. I'd recommend going with that one! And don't forget about your monitor—having a great PC means nothing if your monitor can't keep up. Aim for either a 1440p 240hz if you play eSports or a 2160p 120hz for other games.

Since games are getting more demanding, I'd advise against the 7000 series for such a high-end build, especially with some 9070s becoming available again.

I'm using a 9070xt Sapphire Pulse with my 7800x3d, and it's been fantastic! I've hardly had any crashes, and it runs really quiet and cool. I also suggest looking for a 1440p 240hz OLED monitor for the best experience.
