I'm trying to decide between the 5070, 5070 Ti, and RX 9070 XT for gaming and video editing. Specifically, I want to play Overwatch and use DaVinci Resolve for editing. Any advice on which GPU would be the best option for my needs?

If the prices are similar, I'd recommend going with the 5070 Ti. It tends to perform a bit better for video editing and gaming alike. But if the price difference is substantial, you might want to consider the 9070 XT as well.

Honestly, the 5070 Ti is your best bet, especially for DaVinci Resolve. It runs pretty well for the tasks you mentioned. The 12GB of VRAM on the 5070 should be enough for most games, and if you’re planning on serious editing, you'd prefer something with more VRAM.

I agree! Plus, if you're also using AI features in DaVinci, the 5070 Ti will definitely give you an edge.

Don't count out the RX 9070 XT! It can outperform the 5070 Ti in some cases, especially if you're able to undervolt it. Just make sure you find it at a good price since it’s often priced close to the 5070 Ti for not much performance difference.

For sure, go with the 5070 Ti! It just offers a better overall experience across the board, especially for editing and gaming performance. AMD GPUs tend to experience more issues with drivers and support, so if you want reliability, Nvidia is the way to go.

Yeah, I’ve heard similar things. My AMD card has caused me trouble before, so that definitely makes sense.
