Which GPU Should I Choose for Streaming and Gaming?

Hey everyone! I've been digging into GPU options, but I'm really confused by all the conflicting information out there. Currently, I'm using a GTX 1030, and I want to upgrade so I can stream and play Fortnite without any lag or dropped frames. My budget is around $300, and I've come across a few options: the PNY NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB, the GIGABYTE WINDFORCE GeForce RTX 5060 8GB, and the MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB. Do you think these would work well for my setup? Just a bit about my PC: I have a Gigabyte Z590 UD AC motherboard, I believe my power supply is 600W, I'm running an Intel i7-10700K CPU, and I have 16GB of RAM. Any advice would be super appreciated!

Your current setup looks pretty solid, and those GPUs should work fine with your Z590 motherboard. Just make sure to check the dimensions of the RTX cards to ensure they fit in your case and that your 600W PSU can handle the upgrade. You should be good to go!

Thanks for confirming that! I just want to make sure everything fits and runs smoothly.

Honestly, I think the AI recommendation isn't great. You're better off looking at GPUs like the 9060 XT with 16GB for about $350, or the 5060 Ti with 16GB if you can stretch your budget a little to around $400. The 8GB GPUs just won't hold up very well by 2025.

Yeah, I'd agree with that. 8GB GPUs are decent for now, but they won't cut it for long-term use. It's worth saving up for something that will last.

Thanks for the advice! Do you think those options are compatible with my current setup?
