I'm currently running an i7 7700k and 8GB DDR4 RAM with a 1TB SSD. Right now, I'm using an RX 580 8GB, but I've also got a GTX 1060 on hand. I'm getting over 100 FPS in games like Fortnite, Minecraft, and Roblox. Before I test the GTX 1060, I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on which card I should use.

It really depends on what games you play. The RX 580 has more VRAM, but if your 1060 is running smoother and more stable, that’s definitely worth considering.
Since I’ve used both, I’d say stick with the RX 580. It handles most games solidly, especially the ones you mentioned.
Just a heads up, if your GTX 1060 is the 3GB model, that could explain why you’re seeing stable FPS. But typically, the RX 580’s larger VRAM should allow for better performance overall.
Both cards are pretty similar in performance, but the RX 580 has an advantage with its extra 2GB of VRAM, which can come in handy for some games. If you plan on playing titles that are VRAM-heavy, the 580 might be the better choice.
I’ve found that the RX 580 generally performs better in single-player AAA games. For competitive games, the difference is minor, so it really comes down to personal preference.
