Hey folks, I'm planning to upgrade my GPU from an RX 6600, and I'm torn between getting the RTX 3060 or the RX 9060 XT. I'm currently running an Intel i5-10400 CPU. What do you all think would be the better pairing?

Honestly, I'd say go for the RX 9060 XT. It's a lot more powerful than the RTX 3060, and the 3060 isn't really a significant upgrade from your 6600 anyway.
If you're looking for a performance boost, the RTX 3060 is pretty similar to the RX 6600. You won’t notice much of a difference with that combo. I’d go with the RX 9060 XT instead.
If you choose the RX 9060 XT, you could consider getting a used i7-10700 as well. Would that CPU be a good match, or should I think about upgrading even more?
