Hey everyone! I'm planning to build a gaming PC with a budget of around 1000€. I'm trying to decide between the Sapphire RX 7700 XT 12GB and the XFX 9060 XT 16GB, as they are both priced the same. I'm also going to pair it with a Ryzen 5 7600. Which graphics card would you recommend?

You might also consider just getting a 9070 XT for a bit more investment. It’ll last you longer without needing an upgrade.
Definitely get the 9060 XT! I've been using it, and it runs great. I paired it with an R5 9600X, and it's perfect for playing most games at ultra settings. It really amazed me how well it performs for its price.
While the 7700 XT has slightly better raw performance in terms of FPS, the RX 9060 XT shines when it comes to upscaling with FSR 4.0 and ray tracing. Plus, the extra 16GB of VRAM is great if you're gaming at 1440p.
Honestly, unless there's a super cheap deal, I don't see the point in buying the 7000 series. The 16GB of the 9060 XT will serve you well for a long time, especially with upscaling technology becoming more dominant.
I'd recommend going for the XFX 9060 XT. It has similar performance as the 7700 XT but offers the added benefit of 16GB of VRAM and supports FSR 4, making it a better option for future-proofing your build.
