Hey everyone! I recently put together an all AMD gaming PC and I'm looking to dip my toes into the world of Linux through a dual boot setup. I'm considering a few distros as I start this journey:
1. **Nobara** - My current favorite; it seems user-friendly and offers solid gaming performance.
2. **Pop!_OS** - I've heard great things about this one too, but I've come across some info saying it's no longer in active development, which could lead to delayed bug fixes.
3. **CachyOS** - This one looks attractive, but since it's Arch-based, I feel it might be a bit tougher for a beginner like me.
4. **Linux Mint** - Known as a go-to for beginners, Mint has a strong user community, but it might not be the best for gaming compared to others.

CachyOS might save you from some annoying updates since it has snapshots built-in. I had a rough time with my Nobara install—it messed up my Windows bootloader! Take care with whichever you choose!
