I'm trying to decide between two PC setups for gaming, both priced the same. One has an Intel i5 12400 with 32 GB of DDR4 3200 MHz RAM and an MSI RTX 5060. The other features the same Intel i5 12400 but with 32 GB of DDR5 6000 MHz RAM and an RTX 4060 V2. Which configuration would be more optimal for gaming performance?

A better GPU usually gives you a more noticeable performance boost in games. In this case, the RTX 4060 V2 will likely perform better than the RTX 5060, even if the second setup has slightly better RAM. I'd say go with the second option!
