I'm looking to get an extra 8-pin or 6x2-pin PCIe connector for my Corsair CX850M power supply, but I'm not sure which cables are compatible. It's a bit confusing, and I couldn't find clear information on Corsair's website. Can anyone suggest compatible cables or explain why some cables might not work?

You'll want to look for Corsair Type 4 PCIe cables. They should work great with your PSU.
