Hey everyone! I'm a recent math graduate with over 4 years of experience in Python, and about a year in C and SQL. I've been struggling to land a job in programming and I'm wondering if the common languages I know might be making my job search tougher. Do you think picking up a lesser-known language could help? I was considering Rust or maybe an older language that's still used but isn't heavily taught anymore. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Choosing a lesser-known language often means fewer job opportunities, as many people will go for languages that are in high demand. Think about it: if the language isn’t popular, there might not be many jobs!
True, but I was thinking about PHP since it's not widely taught but can still be in demand. What do you think?
