I'm in the process of building a PC using an AMD Ryzen 5 processor, and I've come across two RAM options: Kingston Fury with 5600 MT/s and CL36, and Corsair Vengeance with 6000 MT/s and CL36. They're priced the same, so I'm curious which of the two would be the better choice. I've also considered other options, so if there are better RAMs out there for this setup, I'd love to hear about them. My current plan is to use a Ryzen 5 7500F, but I might upgrade to a Ryzen 7 later on.

The 6000 CL36 RAM is going to be faster than the 5600 CL36, plain and simple. If you're planning to upgrade to a Ryzen 7 later, it's worth it to get the faster RAM now. You might also want to look into CL30 at 6000 MHz for just a bit more; it's a better deal and can boost your performance even more! Capping your choices at one price point can miss out on better specs that can enhance your build.
Thanks for the tip! I'm mostly interested in gaming with maybe Minecraft. I'll stick with the Ryzen 5 for now since my budget is tight.
Most people agree that 6000 MT/s CL30 RAM is the best bang for your buck. Just grab that one and it will simplify your choices a lot. Don't stress too much over it!

Just so you know, moving from Ryzen 5 to any Ryzen 7 like the 7700 or 7800X3D won't make much difference for gaming. Those slight FPS gains can come down to just 2-5. Still, if you're planning to model in the future, the upgrade will help.
