I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card from an RTX 3060 to an RX 9060 XT, but I'm confused about which version to choose. Should I go for XFX, Gigabyte, or Sapphire? Any advice on performance and features would really help!

For me, the XFX card is a winner anytime. It has a robust cooling system and a solid design with three fans, so overall better stability compared to Gigabyte or Sapphire. But again, just go for what you can find at a reasonable price.
Definitely aim for the 16GB version. Each brand has its own features—like XFX has tiers such as Mercury, Quicksilver, and Swift. The pricier options come with better components or factory overclocks. If you just want something that works and looks good, grab the cheapest one you like, especially if you're not into overclocking.
Just get the cheapest 16GB version that appeals to you. The performance will basically be the same across different brands, as long as the VRAM meets your needs.
I can't encourage you enough to think twice about getting an AMD card based on my experience with issues on their drivers. I've switched from Nvidia after many years, this 9070XT has given me nothing but trouble with drivers and software. I'd stick to Nvidia if I were you.
Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of them performance-wise since the differences are minimal, maybe between 0-2%. If I were you, I'd recommend checking out the Sapphire or XT models for better support. Just make sure you avoid the 8GB versions since you'll want the extra VRAM for future-proofing.
