Hey everyone! I'm trying to pick an SSD and I'm a bit out of my depth here. I've found two options that seem interesting: the "TEAMGROUP MP33 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVMe Solid State Drive" for £62.99, and the "Samsung PM981a (MZVLB1T0HBLR) 1TB SSD PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe M.2 2280" priced at £45, but it's used from CEX. The TEAMGROUP SSD is new and from Amazon. I'd really appreciate any thoughts or advice on which one would be a better choice!

Both of these are budget PCIe 3.0 drives, which can be a bit slow. For just a little more, you can grab a WD Black SN850x, which is one of the top PCIe 4.0 drives. If your motherboard only supports PCIe 3.0, then I’d recommend the TEAMGROUP MP33, but if you're on a PCIe 4.0 setup, the choice is clear!
That's great info! I was unsure which specs matter on an SSD. I have an AMD 650 chipset, so I think I can go up to PCIe 5.0. Do you think that's worth it for my budget PC which is around £900?
