I'm looking to add another SSD to my computer setup. Right now, I have a 1TB Adata Legend 960. I found a great deal for a Samsung EVO Plus 4TB at $240 and a Samsung Pro 2TB for around $220. I'm curious about which option is better for gaming and day-to-day tasks like browsing the internet, handling files, and game installs or unzipping files. Also, I only have two SSD slots available, one has a heatsink and the other is located behind my GPU without a heatsink. I was considering using the Adata for my operating system, but that might cause some issues, right? Any advice?

For your needs, both SSDs will perform very similarly, especially for gaming and general use. I'd recommend going for the 4TB option since it gives you more storage without sacrificing performance. You'll have plenty of space for games and files, which is a solid choice!

But isn't the Pro model faster due to having DRAM? Would that make a noticeable difference in speed?
