Which Thermalright Air Cooler is the Quietest for a 5800X3D?

I've recently bought a 5800X3D and want to replace the OEM cooler with a Thermalright dual-tower air cooler. I'm considering three models: the Royal Pretor 130, Frost Tower 140, and PA140. My main concern is noise since I use open-back headphones, and fan noise tends to be pretty noticeable for me. I'd love to hear any comparisons regarding the noise levels of these coolers under gaming or heavy CPU loads. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Usually, the bigger the tower and fan, the better it performs quietly. However, all three of these Thermalright coolers are similar in size. You might want to think about fan speed control as that's a major factor in noise.

That was my initial thought too, but since they're the same size, is there really a difference in performance? Should I just pick one and move on?
