I've been facing some frustrating stuttering issues lately while gaming. My frame rates drop dramatically, from around 120-160 FPS down to just 1-4 FPS. Here are my system specs for context:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
- GPU: GAINWARD GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Python III 16B
- RAM: Corsair LPX 2x8GB
Is my setup inadequate, or could there be something else going on? This stuttering happens in games like World of Warcraft and League of Legends, and I'm not even running them at max settings.

Have you checked your temperatures while you're gaming? Also, how's your RAM usage looking? It’s worth noting whether your games are installed on an SSD or an HDD—as that can affect performance too.

The temperatures of both my GPU and CPU are between 39-49°C, and RAM usage spikes to 79-90% during gameplay. Plus, all my games are stored on an SSD.
