I'm getting an error message: AADSTS5000225, which states that my tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. I want to figure out why this is happening and what I can do to resolve the issue. Is there anything I should check or do?

It sounds like your tenant got blocked because it was inactive for too long. Microsoft usually notifies users by email before taking this step. To get back in, you'll need to contact Azure support. Just to be aware, if a tenant stays in this state for over 20 days, it gets permanently deleted and can't be recovered. Check out the Azure documentation for more details.

I created a brand new tenant today, but I can't access it either! I might have set up an Azure tenant years ago with this same email. I just want to access the new one.
