I've got an i5-14400f, a 4070 GPU, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM running at 5200MHz. I've pushed my system with overclocking, enabled XMP, and followed tons of optimization tips from YouTube. Despite all that, I'm only averaging around 210 FPS in CS2, and it often dips below that. Sometimes I see it shoot up to 240 FPS, but that's rare. It's frustrating since I play on a 240Hz monitor and feel like I'm missing something, especially since other players with lower specs seem to get better FPS. I'm playing at a resolution of 1280x960 with 4x MSAA and all settings set to low. Any advice on what else I can do?

Just a heads up, make sure your CPU and GPU temps are good. If they're running hot, it could throttle performance. You mentioned they sit around 50-70°C, so that's decent, but always good to keep an eye on it!
Have you considered having your PC professionally tweaked? Sometimes a fresh set of eyes can spot things that we might overlook. It's possible there’s some optimization that can still be done.
It sounds like you might be experiencing some CPU bottlenecking. Given your specs, you should be getting better FPS. It's strange that others with worse CPUs are managing higher frame rates. Have you checked your CPU performance while gaming? Sometimes background processes can take up resources and affect FPS.
Yeah, I’ve seen that too. People often forget to close background apps which can cause drops. It’s worth checking task manager while you’re gaming.
