I'm experiencing some performance issues with my gaming setup. I have an RTX 5060 with 8GB of VRAM, an Intel i5-14440F processor, and 16GB of XPG RAM running at 3200MHz. My motherboard is a GIGABYTE B760M K V2. I primarily play Arc Raiders, where I usually see frame rates around 70-100 FPS, which is lower than I expected. I even tested an older game, CS:GO, and while I can reach about 150 FPS at lower settings, it sometimes drops below that while playing on a 1080p resolution. I've enabled XMP for the RAM, so I'm looking for any advice on improving my FPS or understanding what's going on.

Honestly, 70-80 FPS isn't bad at all for the games you're playing. A lot of modern titles can be demanding. It sounds like your setup is performing as expected under those conditions.
Considering your specs, the FPS you're getting doesn't sound too unusual. The 5060 is more of an entry-level GPU, so 70-80 FPS in newer games like Arc Raiders seems pretty reasonable. What kind of FPS were you hoping to achieve?
Right on! Your FPS numbers seem normal considering your hardware. It’s all about managing expectations based on the performance of an entry-level GPU like the 5060.
It might help to check your monitor settings and power limits on your motherboard. Are you playing in 1080p and have VSync turned off? That can affect your performance significantly.
Yeah, I'm on 1080p and VSync is off.

I was thinking I'd be able to hit closer to 100 FPS consistently!
