Why Am I Getting Low FPS with My New PC Build?

I recently built my own PC and I'm noticing that my FPS is lower and more stuttery than I expected for the specs I have. I'm running a 9070XT with a Ryzen 5 7600X and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. The game I'm trying to play is Jedi Survivor, with all settings on epic (but no ray tracing). Despite that, I'm only getting around 50-60 FPS, which doesn't feel right. I understand this game isn't known for its performance, but this seems off to me. I haven't made many changes in the BIOS since I'm not very familiar with it, but I've at least installed the drivers. I could really use some help here, as I wouldn't be surprised if I've just overlooked something minor.

Does this issue happen with other games too? Most of the time, if other games are running fine, it might just be an optimization problem with Jedi Survivor.

Have you checked if Vsync is enabled? Disabling features like Radeon Boost and Anti-Lag might help improve your FPS too. Sometimes those options can hinder performance more than you'd think.

You didn’t mention your power supply. Sometimes the PSU can cause issues if it’s underpowered or faulty. Also, make sure you’re not plugging your PC into a cheap power strip instead of directly into the wall.

1. What speed is your RAM running at? 2. How is your GPU utilization during gameplay? 3. Check the temperatures of your CPU and GPU; overheating could also lead to performance drops.
