I've got an i5-13400F processor paired with an RTX 4060 Ti, and I'm running into a strange issue. In one particular game that's known to be demanding, my performance is in line with what's shown in YouTube tests. However, in another esports game, I'm only hitting 200 to 250 FPS instead of the expected 500 FPS. I want to maintain a steady 240 FPS for my monitor. The CPU usage is around 30-40%, while the GPU is about the same. Also, I've overclocked my RAM to 3100 MHz, but attempts to push it to 3200 crash my system, even though the RAM is rated for that speed and my motherboard supports it.

Honestly, with those specs, aiming for 500 FPS in CS2 seems unrealistic. Most players with similar builds manage around 300 FPS on all maps. You might want to tweak some settings for better balance.
What game are you testing this on? If it's Counter Strike 2, I saw a similar video that showed a setup with a slightly weaker CPU hitting better FPS, but they were playing at 1920x1080 while you're at 1440x1080. That could make a huge difference in performance!
Yes, it is Counter Strike 2! That YouTube video showed a setup that might have a lower workload.

That's true, but I thought I could at least reach a bit closer to that 500 mark.
