I recently upgraded from a 3060 Ti to a 5070 Ti while using an i9 11900K, but I'm not noticing a significant improvement in frame rates. Is there a specific reason for this? (I meant 5070 Ti, not 5060 Ti!) Thanks!

You might want to check the Relative Performance tab on TechPowerUp. The 5070 Ti typically shows only about a 6% increase in performance for the 8GB version and around 30% for the 16GB version. Also, don’t forget that your CPU can impact performance—consider if you're using the right PCIe interface too!
Did you use DDU for a clean install of your drivers? It's crucial when making a big upgrade like this to have a fresh start with all the graphics drivers.
What games are you running, and at what settings? Knowing your resolution and graphics settings can really help pinpoint the issue.
For example, are you playing Rainbow Six Siege with low settings like you did with the 3060 Ti?
Is your 5070 Ti maxing out at 100% usage during gameplay? If not, it could be a bottleneck somewhere else.
To check your GPU usage while gaming, you can use tools like MSI Afterburner or even the built-in performance monitor in Windows.
