I just upgraded my graphics card from a 1660 Super to a 5060, but I'm not noticing any significant performance improvements in Apex Legends, which I play often. Previously, I had a consistent 144 FPS lock, but now it only drops to around 110-120 FPS when I'm outdoors. With my new GPU, I expected better performance, yet it seems that I'm getting almost the same results, dropping to about 120 FPS outdoors as well. Could it be that my CPU (an i3 13400F) is bottlenecking the GPU? All my drivers are updated. I feel like I should at least see some improvement in performance regardless of any bottleneck issues.

You might want to check your motherboard's PCIe slot. If your new GPU is a 5060, it runs on PCIe 5x8, and if your motherboard isn't the latest, that could be throttling performance. Make sure your motherboard supports the new GPU properly!
I have a modern motherboard with DDR5, but any suggestions on how to resolve potential throttling?
