My daughter updated her iPhone 16 to iOS 26 today, and I've noticed that some apps are being deleted automatically. She has a child account, which might be causing the issue, but I'm not entirely sure. She even requested me to re-download the apps, and I approved them, but they keep disappearing again. It might be a good idea to call Apple support. Since the OS just launched, they’ll likely want to investigate issues like this. They’ll have the most accurate info on the situation.
