I've been using dual monitors without any issues, but recently my secondary monitor, which is connected via HDMI, started turning black intermittently. When I'm playing Fallout 76, both screens go black for a second, and it seems like my applications switch over to the other monitor. Also, on my main monitor, I can only move the cursor in the top half of the screen. When I try to click out of the game, the display goes black again and shows that it's using HDMI, which then causes my apps to revert back to the first monitor. What could be causing this?

I suggest trying to run the game in borderless windowed mode. If you're still having issues, switch to a proper windowed mode instead. It might help with the display problems you're seeing when you exit the game.
This might be due to some settings in Windows, your GPU, or even in the game itself. Have you checked all those areas to troubleshoot? You might need to dig through the settings a bit to find the right configurations.
