I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with downloads on my Windows computer. While I'm getting 52 Mbps, my MacBook is showing download speeds of 377 Mbps when downloading games. Can anyone explain why there's such a huge difference in speed?

Is both your Windows and MacBook using Wi-Fi? If the Windows machine is using an older Wi-Fi adapter, it might not support faster connections, especially if it's on the 2.4 GHz band instead of the newer 5G or AC bands. Providing more details about your network setup and hardware could help pinpoint the issue!

There are a few factors that might be affecting your download speeds. First off, check if both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, different Wi-Fi channels can cause variances, though it's not super common. Also, if your Windows computer is connected via Ethernet, you might want to inspect the cable for damages. Lastly, one common culprit is the disk write speed on your Windows machine; that could be slowing things down. If you want to dig deeper, share your PC specs! I've got time to help you out.
