I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 3060 to a 5070, but I'm not seeing a significant improvement in my frame rates. Here's my setup: Ryzen 5 5600x overclocked to 4.6GHz, 32GB of DDR4 RAM at 3600MHz, a 1TB Western Digital NVMe SSD, and the RTX 5070 with 12GB of memory. In games like Escape from Tarkov (EFT), I'm averaging 40-80 FPS, sometimes dipping to the 20-30s, regardless of whether I'm streaming. In the game ABIs, I'm struggling to maintain 80 FPS on quality settings. While I know EFT is poorly optimized, I assume ABI should perform decently. Even Warzone is having a tough time hitting 100 FPS on low settings. I've updated my BIOS and drivers, and my CPU and GPU temperatures are normal. I'm confused about why the 3060 seems to be performing better than the 5070. Any advice would be great!

Both Escape from Tarkov and Warzone are quite heavy on the CPU side, which could explain the performance issues you're seeing. I have a similar setup with a solid CPU and still experience occasional stutters in those games. You might want to consider upgrading to a 5700X3D for better CPU performance.
To get to the bottom of this, try downloading HWINFO and running it with the sensors on. It includes a feature called PresentMon that will help you identify what's causing your FPS drops. Just make sure to disable V-Sync in the game settings. If you notice spiky CPU times, it might not be your system but how the game is handling core affinity.
I will definitely look into that.

But what about Warzone? I'm only getting like 65-80 on it.
