I've noticed that every time I launch my games now, they start compiling shaders again, even though I haven't made any changes like updating my drivers. Is this a problem with my GPU or CPU, or is it something else?

It's not a huge issue. Sometimes games just need to refresh their shaders. I've seen the same thing happen with 'The Finals'; it starts compiling every time I open it now.
Another thought I had is about shader cache limits. Maybe once those fill up, the game has to rebuild shaders, replacing the old ones, which is why it keeps happening.
I had that happen with a couple of my games too. It could possibly be related to hardware, but it’s not necessarily an issue with your GPU or CPU.
