I updated my AMD graphics card this morning, and now all of my games are lagging and glitchy. I tried reinstalling the update to see if that helps, and I also checked to make sure my card isn't corrupted through some commands. Has anyone else experienced this?

When you say you updated your AMD card, did you actually install a new GPU or just update the drivers? If it’s the latter, you might want to try using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to clean out the old drivers and then reinstall the new ones. That could solve the lag issue.
Nope, I didn’t change anything hardware-wise. I played games just fine yesterday, then today I went to the AMD website and updated the drivers. Now everything's running really poorly, almost like my monitor is plugged into the motherboard instead of the graphics card.
