I'm having some serious issues with my PC where applications keep crashing unexpectedly. I've tried updating my system and drivers, but it hasn't helped at all. In fact, some updates get stuck at 0% and others show an "Error" once they reach 100%. I even attempted to update my NVIDIA drivers, but the download gave me a "7-Zip CRC Error". I thought it might be a memory issue, but I have 16GB of RAM, and my task manager doesn't show anything alarming. I've spent a few hours troubleshooting with friends, but we haven't found any solutions yet. I'm hoping someone here might have some insights!

It sounds like you're having quite the frustrating time! First off, can you check your system's specifications? Knowing what components you're working with can really help diagnose the problem. Make sure your specs are up to date. It might also be worth running a memory diagnostic tool, just to rule out any issues with your RAM.
I have an Intel i7 Processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060, along with 16GB of RAM.
