Why Are Random Searches Showing Up on My Windows Search Bar?

I've been noticing some random searches popping up in my Windows 11 search bar. It's a bit weird because they seem to be mostly incomplete queries or just random stuff. I've already run a full malware scan with Malwarebytes, and I checked that my Microsoft Edge isn't synced with any other devices. Should I be concerned about this, or is there something I need to do to fix it?

It’s possible someone else has access to your computer if you’re seeing searches that you didn’t initiate. Have you checked if any kids are using your PC without you knowing? It could just be a prank!

You might want to check for any sketchy extensions in Microsoft Edge. Sometimes unwanted extensions can cause strange behavior like that. Just go to the extensions page and see if anything looks suspicious.

Are you sure you haven’t logged into your account on another device? If your browser is syncing with another one that’s logged in, that could explain the random searches. Just double-check your account settings.

No, I haven’t logged into any other device, and my browser settings confirm it's not synced elsewhere.
