I'm having an issue where users on multiple PCs are being logged out after just a few minutes of inactivity, and the Windows login screen pops up. I've checked the power management settings, energy saving features, and confirmed there haven't been any updates via group policies or the task scheduler. I'm stumped! Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this?

Are these laptops or desktops? If they're laptops, do users close the lid while using external monitors? That could trigger a logoff or sleep behavior.
Quick question—are these HP laptops? There might be some specific power settings on those that could lead to unexpected logouts.
Are you certain they’re actually being logged out? It might just be that their session is locking. If they log back in and find all their programs still running, then it's likely just a lock screen issue.
This could be due to overly aggressive presence sensing settings. Sometimes, they can kick in too soon and cause the system to log users out.
