Why Aren’t My Coolers and GPU Spinning After Building My PC?

I just powered on my PC for the first time after building it, and I noticed that while all the lights are on, only my CPU cooler is working properly. The three fans in my case light up but don't spin, and my graphics card is also not spinning. I'm looking for help troubleshooting this issue. Thanks!

It sounds like your GPU fans might be designed to stay off until the card gets hot enough, which is pretty common. Have you tried installing the drivers and running something graphics-intensive? That might kick the fans into action. Also, what kind of case fans are you using? More info could help!

I appreciate the feedback! The case fans are from the Thermaltake View 270 Plus I've got. I’ll share a photo to clarify. The red ones are spinning and the yellow ones aren't.
